The highest level of dynamics in bonding technology (e.g. 30 welding points per second) can be easily accommodated in frames made of vibration-suppressing mineral casting material. High accuracy of fit and system character stand out in this solution (290 kg).

Automatic assembly machines

Pick & place operations mostly integrated with bonding and glue/paste dispensing require individual, low-vibrational and highly integrated frames. Mineral casting offers a multitude of solutions here.
